Job description:Our toilet has a cistern enclosed in a wooden cabinet; condensation builds up on the cistern and drips onto the bare wood floor, soaking through. This has damaged a large section of floor, which will need replacing. The toilet and adjoining sink will need removing in order to do this, and replacing afterwards, with some sort of solution to avoid the same problem recurring.
