Turn small bathroom to shower room or semi wet room; awkward window position & pipes under floor in Summertown

Job description:Priority is to fix a shower. At present there is bath, basin and loo. Could be overhead shower, or replace bath completely. Overall dimensions of room approx 6 ft. 1 in. x 5 ft. 11 in. The (shorter) wall at tap end of bath is only 14 in. before window. Final amount of moving or renewal depends on what design decided, and how much change needed. We need to explore options. Pipes under floor - would we have to have new flooring that isn't completely fixed. Lino at present, but wet room style preferred. Simplicity and clean lines preferred - basic new suite would be OK - just need something functional quite quickly. More tiling probably required as well.
