Job description:Cloakroom renovation The cloakroom is approximately 2m x 1.65m x 2.41m high. Remove existing shower tray and plinth. Remove existing toilet and washbasin. Ceiling is polystyrene tiled, so needs to be removed, and replaced with new plasterboard and skimmed. Walls to be completely tiled, (tiles supplied). A small amount of filling will need to be done. (Existing tiles have been removed.) Install new extractor fan. Fan already purchased. Install shower cubicle, and mixer shower, toilet, and wash basin. Install new radiator. Install new lighting, probably 4 halogen or LED ceiling lights in place of centre light. Flooring to be arranged. Items to be supplied include, mixer shower, toilet, compact washbasin, and radiator. The following items have already been purchased and paid for and therefore are not part of the budget :- Shower enclosure, shower tray, and fittings. Extractor fan. 20 sq metres of wall tiles, + border.
