Job description:Board & Skim Ceiling which has been Stripped to joists. Make good/skim & tile walls. Remove floor boards & replace with 18 mm WBP ply & tile. Reposition toilet 750 mm, there is 600 mm under floor to soft soil/sand. Fit new bath, shower enclosure, basin & toilet & plumb. Fit new towel warmer & radiator to existing CH system incl.electric. Fit ceiling lighta & extractor/light over the shower. Labour only reqiured. Room size approx 2.6M x 2.6M x 2.6M.
