Job description:bedroom conversion into bathroom, changing existing toilet room into extended single bedroom (utilising existing built-in wardrobe. (toilet is next to existing bedroom that we want to convert so plumbing and soil pipes close by). moving doorway 1meter. new bathroom to have shower cubicle built in corner, one wall to be made of a small 40cm wide cupboard. other side of this will have inbuilt shelving. shower cubicle to be tiled. back wall behind bath to be tiled. rest of walls to be waterproofed/wateresistant tongue and groove. flooring to be sanded, painted and varnished floorboards. budget below does not include bathroom suite. PLEASE NOTE - property is currently being purchased but plans etc have been drawn up - this is a genuine request.
