Job description:I have had a biulder putting in a walk in shower in the ensuite. He was also going to out a wet room shower in the main bathroom. Last week a pipes in the loft burst and also water came through the kitchen ceiling. The tiled floor in the en suite was lifted to look for the leak going down to the kitchen. The biulder is now saying he wants another �840 cash upfront or else he will not complete the job. What needs doing: repair ceing in ensuite. Fit 1m glass wall for shower, tile floor and around shower tray. Connect shower which is already in. Job needs doing asap.
