Remove existing bathroom suite Change suite layout (waste pipe will require extending) Install : Sink, sink waste, Tap, Cabinet (beneath sink), Back-to-wall Toilet with concealed cistern, Thermostatic Shower & diverter, Shower-bath, Bath waste & filler, bath side panel, Central Heating towel rail, extractor fan, shaver point, mirror with integral lighting. Also : Remove textured effect & skim ceiling, fit vinyl flooring, build unit for cistern (mdf), paint walls & concealed cistern unit, replace & paint skirting, tile shower & bath area (mosaic)
