Job description:Replacement of old bathroom suite and removing old tiles. Fitting some new tiles and possibly some plaster work. bathroom approx 6' x 6' square. replacing bath, WC, sink. We would need to redecorate and replace the flooring, but could do this ourselves. Property is a first floor flat. Ideally the work to be undertaken between May and Sep this year.
