Job description:Repalce existing concealed WC cistern, modify carpentry to suit. Remove wall tiling & replace existing carpentry 'box out' to bath / shower wall area, check pipework for leaks. Re-tile bath / shower area, walls. Please note that I wish to re-use the existing sanitary fittings & brassware
