Job description:bathroom suite to be fitted, 1700*700 bath to be fitted in place of riased shower, as far as we are aware no re-arrangement of plubing required, sink to be fitted in same place as it is now and toilet to be fitted, this needs to be turned 90 degrees although we are sure this is where it was originally and is currently in 'new' position' wall ligt fitting needs to be moved to ceiling although this can be done at a later stage if not in job spec. no tiling or flooring required.
