Job description:Bathroom works Size 3m x 2m Replace rotten false wall, a radiator mounted on the wall New vinyl flooring to be laid New electrical shower to be installed. The current shower in not working I have purchaser an identical shower to be installed. so this should be a simple job. New lo voltage ventilation fan to be installed. The bathroom currently has a fan linked directly to the light. The new fan to be installed is that same diameter but runs on a humidity sensor & needs a low voltage transformer installed. The bathroom will need painting in anti mould paint.
