Job description:My bathroom (approx. 1900mm x 1700mm) needs to be refurbished/replaced. Work scope: - Replace bath - Replace basin with a new vanity unit - Replace heated towel rail - Replace bath/shower mixer taps - Replace shower screen - New flooring - New tiling (I will strip existing) - Fit new mirror - Replace spot lights Design not finalised and materials/units not purchased yet, and so would like to discuss with tradesman.
