Removal of existing bathroom suite and installation of new suite with floor and tiling in Tilehurst

Job description:Bathroom size is approx 2.3 x 1.6m. Removal and dispose of: - Bath - Toilet - Sink - a few tiles (<2m) - Floor tiles - old electic shower - radiator (and seal off) Re-position and install - Bath and shower door - Toilet - Sink (including vanity units) - new electic shower - Extractor fan - Some tiling (approx 5 sq m) - TileLoc flooring - New ceiling light - plus all piping (boxed in as required) as required and make good all walls. - may need to install RCD to existing circuit (I do have a new fuse box) I'm planning on getting all parts from B&Q and using their design service so I have a full and accurate parts list. Would also like to know what guarantees are offered on work please. Think that's the lot. Any questions - give me a call.
