Fix leaking shower cubicle in Rochester West

Job description:The cubicle is tiled on 3 sides with a glass/metal door. There are at least two leaks - I have replaced sealant but still leaking, drips appear to come from behind tiling. I think (but need advice) water may be getting though grout, so guess maybe grout needs replacing. Skirting board and small part of floor damaged so this also needs replacing/fixing.
