Job description:Small Bathroom: Straight-forward bathroom refurbishment New suite to be fitted. All four walls need old plaster removing and then replastering and skimming. Ceiling probably only needs skimming. Position of Shower needs moving. Light and shower cord need moving. At present has two light fiitings as the room was once a separate toilet and bathroom - needs one light repositioning in the centre. Part Tiling - splashback over sick and shower area and around the bath. Suite, tiles and fittings will be supplied.
