Job description:We have had a leak in the bathroom. The main leak seems to be from behind the bath tap and this needs to be replaced/resealed. The bath itself will need to be resealed too. The tiles could also do with raking out and regrouting and the showerscreen could do with replacing. Probably a day and a half to two days work.
