Job description:Replace 3 piece bathroom, swapping position of the toilet and sink. Swapping radiator for heated towel rail. Small room 2m x 2m (approx) - Floor to be tiled and possibly half the wall space will need replacement tiling. We have sourced the suite, tiles etc for approx £1000. If you can do better as part of the quote so much the better.
