Job description:Remove lino flooring and fit hardboard cover to floorboards and fit new lino. Reseal around toilet and sink bases. Remove old tiling. Channel shower pipework into wall and then re-tile walls (behind toilet from floor to level with windowsill and joining tilling around bath, tiling above bath to head height, and above sink). Remaining wall to be have new lining paper and repainted. All walls where not tiled to be repainted. Ceiling repainted. Door, doorframe and shirting repainted. Tiles, paint and lino already provided - quote is just for labour and other basic materials.
