Job description:1. Remove existing tiles from shower cubicle and sink back-splash 2. Replace shower cubicle and possibly lower shower tray to floor level (currently raised) 3. Tile all verticle walls in the bathroom and paint sloping part of ceiling and flat ceiling. 4. Bathroom design to include choice of tiles and colour scheme. 5. Remove existing bathroom carpet and replace with new vinyl flooring. 6. Install new towel rail (either replace existing radiator with heated towel rail or just standard rail - haven't decided yet) We want to keep the existing toilet, sink shower unit and accessories.
