Job description:Currently two separate spaces divided by brick wall - walk in cupboard and WC. Wish to knock out dividing (not supporting) wall and make into one cloakroom, fully tiled with a new floor and ceiling with door to existing WC bricked up, allowing entry to new cloakroom through existing door to walk in cupboard. There is currently no hot water to the WC area, but the area is off of a utility which is adjacent to the kitchen where the boiler is housed. Whole area of cupboard/wc is approx 8ft x 4ft 6"
