Job description:I need a extraction fan fitted to help with condensation problem in Bathroom - It can work off the light feed. I should point out that the property has a flat roof so a quality seal of anything going through it is essential. I also need the ball valve replacing on the cold water tank in cupboard off bathroom. Access is good. Current Valve drips which is travelling across valve and down pipewrok and dripping through ceiling downstairs. Happy to discuss details
