Job description:On the second floor of our townhouse, the previous occupant converted what was a bathroom into a dressing room, which we don't want or need. We want the dressing room ripped out, the floors and walls made good and a bathroom (with separate bath and shower) re-instated. Associated with this, in a separate room we currently have a hugely over-the-top (and non-functioning) bathroom which we would like ripped out and the room restored to a double bedroom. Depending on the quotes we receive, we may or may not undertake these jobs simultanously. The priority is to get a decent working bathroom installed in the current "dressing room".
