Job description:Hi, I have a ground floor Victorian flat in Kennington and the bathroom is at the back of the flat. As a result of little / no natural light the bathroom suffers from condensation. I rent the flat as I live in Spain, but have been told by the last tennants that maybe the toilet is cracked as there was sometimes water around the base of the toilet, and at first considered just changing the toilet to see if that solved the problem. However the toilet is strange, it has the waste pipe coming out of the right hand side, rather than behind the toilet and was not able to find a new toilet that was of this type. I am now considering having the bathroom redone. At present there is no radiator in the bathroom so also considered putting in a heated handrail. So it is not a new bathroom that is most important to me, but the main objectives would be to solve the condensation problem and to improve the ventilation. And have a nice, hopefully not to expensive, bathroom at the end of it!
