Job description:The wide shelf that runs the length of the back wall, housing the toilet's soil pipe and the back of the bath needs to be built up higher to house the fittings and pipes for the shower. I will purchase the shower from Bathstore or a local DIY shop or take a recommendation from you. This is a rental property so brand names or fancy looks are not necessary - functionality & durability is of essence. The new combination boiler was installed a year ago so all those pipes are brand new. I will require full certificates for the electric work.
