Job description:I would like costings for modernising a bathroom. The current bathroom is the original on that was installed when the property is built, comprises of a washbasin, toilet and shower. I would like to update the bathroom by: Replacing the toilet Replacing the basin Installing a shower unit that goes over the bath Retiling, repainting and repapering the walls Replacing the floor tiles. I am happy to source the materials myself. The property is a 2 bedroom flat on the 7th floor of a 10 floor block. This project will run in conjunction with a project to install central heating and install a new combination boiler.

Budget:£4,000 - £8,000
