Job description:Remove bath, wash basin and toilet cistern (plastic); fit new shower cubicle and shower apparatus, fit new toilet cistern (ceramic) and wash basin and install cabinet underneath wash basin. Remove electric heater that is mounted above head height on wall. Install (if possible) electric heated towel rail. Remove existing tiling and fit tiles to shower cubicle area. Remove rubber floor tiles and replace with ceramic or similar. Also need washing maching that is currently plumbed in in the kitchen moved from there and re-plumbed in the ante-room to bathroom. Plus one small job in kitchen: remove existing sink and taps and replace with new sink and mixer taps. Bathroom is small, measures approx 8ft x 6ft, currently in working order. Property is electric-only.
