Job description:We have a small bathroom (approximately 2.5 x 3m), with an old tin bath, shower, loo and sink. Currently all the walls are fully tiled, along with the floor but this could be tiled over. Really the bathroom needs completely refitting. New bathroom suite, taps, shower and glass shower screen. The previous owner did a bad job of boxing the pipes behind the toilet, so this needs repairing. The ceiling needs some work done and there may be some carpentry work until the sink and around the bath. I would like the bath to be the opposite way round (taps at the other end) or moved toward the other wall but there may be pipes behind that stop that. We also probably need an extractor fan fitted (there's no window, only an air vent) and a new door to the bathroom from the hall. We are not in a rush to get this done and could fit in with your plans (summer/autumn this year would be fine). Very grateful for any quotes for this job. Thank you.
