Job description:We are moving into a property in two weeks time. Our first project is to turn the large en-suite bathroom into two shower rooms one off each bedroom. This will involve removing the exisiting suite and tiles. Building two walls and breaking through from one bedroom. We may need to move a radiator to do this. Installing in each shower room a Kudos 1500 mm walk in cubicle or wet room base with Hansgrohe shower or similar. WC and wash hand basin. Heated towel rail. Advice on heating the room. Tiling and floor covering. We know it is a big job and are prepared to pay a fair rate for quality. We will probably have one other bathroom project and our cloakroom also needs to be refurbished. We will need advice as to whether we need to get permission for the interior remodelling.
