Old tired bathroom to be removed/replaced (bath and shower over, toilet, sink, tiling, new flooring) in St Andrews

Job description:Bathroom approx 10ftx8ft. Old suite (consists of bath, sink WC and over bath electric shower, replace tiling) to be removed. New suite to be installed (probably in same places). New power shower to be installed. New flooring to be put in (tiles possibly). New tiling around bath (full wall height) and small area behind sink.Install new extractor fan that is more powerful to reduce condensation. Would like to use good quality fittings so that is robust. Want it to be a good standard. Happy to buy materials (bath suite etc) direct, or to look at doing via contractor.
