Job description:Partial Bathroom Re-fit (1.7m x 1.8m) Retain existing low level toilet pan, separate low cistern, wash hand basin, pedestal and radiator. Remove and dispose of existing cast iron enamelled bath. Remove and dispose of existing lead drain pipe (bath waste trap to outside cup). Remove and dispose of existing half tiling (one studded wall with plasterboard). Re-plaster walls as required. Fit new white enamelled steel bath 1500x700 (customer to supply bath complete with waste trap and plug). Re-plumb bath waste trap to outside cup using plastic pipe. Fit new low pressure ¼ turn chrome lever h&c taps to new bath and re-plumb as necessary (customer to supply taps). Fit new low pressure ¼ turn chrome lever h&c taps to existing wash hand basin (customer to supply taps). Modify water supply plumbing to existing cistern and disconnect external overflow pipe. Fit new internal overflow type siphon unit, flush handle and blanking plug to existing cistern. (customer to supply siphon, handle and plug). Re-tile bathroom walls to a height of 1.1m (half tiled) using plain white gloss tiles 200x100 (customer to supply tiles). Supply and fit removable white tiled panel to front of bath (customer to supply tiles). Supply and fit white tiled shelf at tap end of bath (customer to supply tiles). Fit white tiles to existing box/shelf concealing pipes running at floor level behind wash hand basin and toilet (customer to supply tiles). Re-fit existing gravity fed (thermo-siphon) radiator, shorten pipes slightly to suit lesser depth of new tiling. Optional Fit new vinyl floor covering under tile edges, toilet pan and wash hand basin pedestal. (customer to supply vinyl).
