Fit new bath, fix problem walls in Manor

Job description:We have a new bath that needs fitting. Due to small size of bathroom the wall needs chanelling to fit it in. Also ideally would be opposite way round so taps and waste pipes need moving. The bathroom walls need some sort of fix - they're uneven with a mixture of concrete render and crumbling plaster! I guess taking out the skirtings, sink, toilet and radiator (to fix the walls) would be required. We'd intended to do it ourselves so stripped the walls etc - then realised how bad it was underneath!
