Job description:Knock down connecting brick wall between downstairs small boiler room and next door toilet. Remove boiler and pipework in current boiler room and install new boiler (heat only)into integral garage which is adjacent to new shower room. Have investigated boilers and Review for Glow Worm Ultracom 24 hxi looks good.Possibility that drain may be need to be moved for new toilet. New door frame and door and associated joinery. (Currently 2 doors but will only require one) .New double glazed window to shower room. Install good extractor fan.Dry line all brick work and fully tile plus floor tiles. Install new shower, toilet and wash basin. New radiator .( Tiles, shower, toilet, basin and bathroom fittings will probably be supplied by ourselves). Lighting, shower and extractor switch. Programmer for boiler. new double glazed back door. Dry line and plaster back hall leading to back door. There may be some plumbing work to upstairs bathroom as well including new radiator.
