Bath sink and toilet needs fitting as well as some tiling - repair to ceiling + light fitting in Reddish South

Job description:bath seal has leaked and damaged downstairs ceiling and light fitting, the light needs reattaching and possible repair needed to the plaster. The bath sink and toilet upstairs need replacing and i already have replacement units but need these fitting and the bath needs tiling around the outside but would be happy to be quoted on you doing more of this. above all the bath then needs resealing to prevent future issues. I don't have tonnes of money so its more functional repairs than cosmetic and i could do with it doing asap due to potential further damage.
