Job description:Leak in bathroom caused water damage in kitchen directly below. Remove bathroom floor & kitchen ceiling(need to remove kitchen cabinets to do this), assess extent of water damage & replace floor/ceiling as needed.(including light & new paint in kitchen) Remove old bathroom suite & radiator & tiles Ordered homebase deco basin & toilet & L shaped showerbath. Arriving may 1st. New better electric shower (need to run new cable to fusebox downstairs, directly under bathroom). Not sure which shower yet. Shower pipework needs to be embedded in wall (stone) Will buy own tiles & taps
