Leaking toilet and unfinished bathroom in Thatcham Central

Job description:toilet cistern bottom fed leaking through the ball valve and the push button flush doesnt close so water coming through into the pan. Small bathroom which requires completion: finish the tiling; 3 0f 4 walls done but not all grouting complete leavin 1 wall and mdf built boxing. Ceiling needs painting and old light hole needs filling. Corner bath fitted but power shower on untiled wall requires replacing and shower pole/screen requires fitting in line with corner bath. Corner bath front panel requires sturdier fixing. Tall towel rail requires fitting, plumbing in place though.
