Replacing or refreshing my bathroom in Thatcham South and Crookham

Job description:the bathroom in my property is very old and tired. There is an enamle bath, which either needs replacing or re-enamleing. I would like to keep the wall tiles, but have them painted. I would like the floor tiled in the bathroom, and the white surfaces painted (there is some damp coming through so this would need treating). The shower works well, but could do with refreshing and parts replacing. Ideally I want thing done as soon as possible and as cheaply as possible. I've moved out of the property and I want to put it on the rental market.
