Job description:The plan will be supplied by me. Work to be done: Remove bath, washbasin, toilet and built-in cistern, lights, electric towel rail, tiles and flooring. Replace plumbing and wiring as necessary, provide your own materials. Install new shower cabinet, electric shower unit, washbasin, toilet, electric towel rail, light fittings, all supplied by me. Tile the walls and floor, paint the ceiling and door (tiles supplied by me, paint and cement to be supplied by you). Install wall cabinet, supplied by me. Take away all old units and waste.
