Gut old,small alteration,refit in Liscard

Job description:Take out old fittings,tiles,wood panels etc - fit false ceiling with extractor fan + spotlights. old sunken bath is being replaced by sunken p shape showerbath with shower over so some alterations to existing cut out in floor may be required - area of flooring to be raised. entire room and ceiling to be plastered and walls retiled - entire bath area and half height elsewhere. toilet is original position (but now raised to same height as other facilities on new floor) sink to move 1/2 foot along from original position with half pedestal. large towelrail/radiator to be fitted and two wall cupboards.
