Job description:I will clear the room. Required: wall covering, flooring and shower. Room is on outside wall next to the existing bathroom so easy access for in/out water. Hot water tank is in this room and will remain. The price is important but key is the dates and time taken to complete. I live 200 miles from my relative and am looking to oversee this project in 3 days Monday to Wednesday after clearing the room in a weekend.
