Replace tiles,new floor tiles, install new quad (810 cms) shower enclosure,shower with pump (Aqualisa) new back-to-wall WC,Some carpentry to enclose cistern. Basin, pedestal, chrome ladder towel rail, skim ceiling. Floor area 1.5 x 2.2 sq. mtre. New porcelain Tiles to ceiling Height approx. 2.2 mtrs.Scale Drawings done.
