Job description:1. repair toilet (flushes now by taking the lid of the cistern...) 2. install new sink and undersink cabinet 3. remove tiled bath panel 4. install new bath panel 5. remove tiles on floor 6. tile floor with new AMTICO (maybe- will try and find something cheaper) tiles (floor space : 3 sq m - also suspect the underfloor/wood will need replacing) 7. paint bathroom 8. re-set concealed shower and bath taps / pipes in wall (remove tiles, dig into concrete, etc.) (9. - steam tiles and re-grout?)
