Job description:small bathroom (1.6m x1.8m) needs to be completly gutted and everything put back (but in different place). Therefore need plumbing moved slight, and some pipework. Tiling needs to be done and painting as well as possibly re-enforcing the floor. Window in bathroom also needs to be replaced. Finally the electrics need to be wired up and new lighting put in.
