Job description:We would lke the old bathroom ripped out , including the tiles and replaced with a new bath that we have sourced ( Stand alone) and a seperate shower that we will sorce. The sink will need to come out and we have a sink unit to be fitted . The toilet will stay in its current location. Tiling of the shower area will need to be completed,an the floor will need to be tiled and underfloor heating is requested. We can source the tiles for the shower area and the floor . The ceiling will need to be skimmed and spot lights put in .The area is roughly 8.5 Ft x 7.5 Ft
