Job description:i need the following work to be completed in my bathroom: *Hack off and remove existing tiles (walls and floors) *Remove sanitary wear, w.c. sink and shower tray. *Make good walls (plastering) *Re position w.c. *Re fit new shower valve. *Build new shower tray out of weddi board (waterproof board) *Re tile 28.5 metres squared on the walls using waterproof adhesives and grouts. *Re tile 7m squared on the floor using waterproof adhesives and grouts *Fit down lights into the ceiling, re board and plaster. *Supply and fit extractor fan. *Install new sanitary wear w.c , sink and shower screen. Drain central heating system and fit new towel rail. *Silicon bathroom. *Take away all rubbish.
