New bath (cast iron) to be fitted & new floor (laminate) & shower tiling. in Castle Without

Job description:1) BATH We have on order a TC Gladstone cast iron bath. This will go in the same place as the current bath (and taps at same end) although we would like to move it by 10-20cm out from the walls for effect. 2) Flooring We will shortly be buying tile-effect laminate (from B&Q) for the flooring. Current flooring is lino. Approx. flooring area 2mx3m. 3) Retiling shower We have a standalone shower unit which we are happy with, except for the tiles.
