Job description:1) Remove bathroom suite. Re-fit new bathroom suite: bath, toilet, sink & vanity unit, shower tray & unit. We will supply all bathroom furniture. 2) Remove existing tiles, make good walls and then re-tile walls floor-to-ceiling - approx 30m2. We will supply tiles. 3) Make floor good and ceramic tile floor 5m2 (install electric underfloor heating too). We will supply tiles. 4) Replace old radiator with modern towel rail (minor pipework required). We will supply towel rail. 5) Replace ceiling lighting with 4 x modern low voltage spotlights and skim ceiling.
