Job description:Redecoration of downstairs bathroom in cottage Old Windsor. We have recently had damp proofing work completed on a small downstairs bathroom (approximately 4ft wide by 6 long). This involved removal of the sink and wooden panelling to dado rail height on one of 3 walls, re-plastering one of 3 walls and removal of carpet. As a result we need to redecorate the downstairs bathroom. The job is expected to involve: - Remove existing wooden panelling from 2 of 3 walls; - Smooth / re-plaster walls as required; - Make good wall; - Refit original sink; - Fit new skirting board and wooden panel to dado rail height on all 3 walls; - Either fit new wooden flooring or (depending on cost) relay old carpet; - NB: Re-painting not required.
