Job description:Complete bathroom build. Remove old bathroom furniture and tiles, New false ceiling to accommodate 4 - 6 recessed halogen light. Fit extractor. Fit bath, separate shower enclosure, vanity and sink, electric mirror, btw toilet. Fit underfloor heating to quite a small floor area. Probably 2 - 3 meters square. Ply floor boards Tile floor, tiled bath surround, tiles from floor to ceiling. Fit radiator. All waste to be removed from site. Materials included in quote please. Bath, vanity/sink, shower, toilet, tiles, taps and radiator supplied by owner. Previous evidence of work preferably.
