Job description:At present the are under stairs is enclosed with a door por a potential |Dstairs toilet. The wall is back to bare brick and floor is floor boards. I want the floor tiles, walls made good with insulation and finish and a very small toilet and washbasin fitted. The area is not far from the waste pipe not from a water suppy from the kitchen. We have put a door on this already.
