Job description:Protect floor areas in hall, stairs, landing and master bedroom leading to en suite To strip out current bathroom and fittings. – remove and dispose of all waste To remove interior plasterboard wall and reinstate to accommodate larger shower tray Re plaster walls and ceiling To renew and re route supply pipe work as necessary. To renew and re route waste pipe work as necessary. To prepare all walls for half tiling including dry lining and plastering as required. To fit only customer supplied 1700 shower tray. To be fitted as low as possible. (Low profile) To rebuild wall at required position. To fit only customer supplied concealed system shower with fixed head. To fit only customer supplied shower screen. To fit only customer supplied basin unit. To fit only customer supplied close coupled w/c. To fit only customer supplied heated mirror. To re position existing towel radiator. To supply and fit electronic time switch to towel radiator circuit. To supply and fit Icon 30 wall mounted extractor fan in chrome finish with humidity and timer control extractor fan. To supply and fit 5 x zoned recessed light in chrome finish To fully board floor using heavy duty 9mm marine ply. To fully board shower area using customer supplied shower panel. To half wall tile* remaining (15 square metres). Adhesives, grout and trims to be supplied To fully tile* floor (6 square metres).
